The Islamabad People's assembly with thousands from all over the country that responded to Aman Ittehad's call. The convention Centre has never seen so many people since it was built. A Citizens’ Celebration will be held on 22nd March at the Alhamra Cultural Complex in the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the 1940 Resolution, the celebrations will include the adoption of a People's Resolution shaped by the public dialogue from the more than 80 People's Assemblies held across the country. The Resolution will define a vision for the future reflecting people's aspirations for change. It will also reflect and celebrate diversity, bringing peoples and cultures together from across the country.

Peace Week has begun. Candlelit vigils, rallies, and other events have started alongside the series of People’s Assemblies that continue to engage citizens in a public dialogue.
